Returns
You may return new, unopened items (all manufacturer seals must be intact) sold by SalsaFever.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (unless specified otherwise). We will also pay the return shipping costs where the return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item.).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund as detailed below:
- All costs of postage already expended will not be refunded
- Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 70% of selling price
- Any item that has obvious signs of use: 50% of selling price
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape or general goods that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of selling price
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: no refund
Faulty Items
If you believe a CD or DVD to be defective:
- Wipe the CD with a lens cloth to remove dust particles
- Clean your player
- If the CD or DVD still does not work, call us on +44(0)07092 244269 to arrange a replacement
