Before the music there was nothing. Then along came the music and after the music came the dance. There is no chicken and egg problem here. To dance salsa you have to appreciate the music and salsa music has some of the most complicated rhythm patterns that you can find. It is the very thing that makes it interesting and fun to dance to.

In this book, Alex and Lee break these down and enable you to pick out the key parts of the songs with their many, many examples. I think that this book will open a salseros' hearts into another dimension of the music.

If you didn't get the hint. I think that this book is great!

Opens up a whole new world

Reading Find the Rhythm! is like seeing in colour instead of monochrome.....even as someone with musical training this has opened up a whole new world to me, and made an impact on my dancing. To anyone who wants to dance 'in colour' I really recommend this book.
