Cuban Salsa Congress - Levels

Which level?

The levels defined in the table below are rough guidelines to help you decide which group to join.

If you are new to Cuban Style Salsa (i.e. are used to cross-body styles) we recommend that you initially join Level 2, irrespective of your dance level (with cross body style) and then depending on your rate of learning, move on to higher levels. If you are an experienced Cross-Body Style dancer, you should join the "Intro 2 Cuban Salsa" workshop at the start of the programme which will enable you to fast-track directly to Level 3.
