BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTERNATIONAL CUBAN SALSA CONGRESS, 27TH TO 30TH NOVEMBER 2009

Please note that you accept the following booking conditions when you pay for this event:

**Once we receive your booking, we will send you confirmation of your booking together with details of the total cost of the weekend and details of monies paid. A contract will be in place between yourself and Havana Events Limited, one your payment has cleared and we have dispatched confirmation. Please check your confirmation to ensure that all details of your booking, including accommodation type, are correct, as changes can only be made subject to availability and may not be possible closer to the event.

**Havana Events Limited will provide you with a full refund of any monies paid, in the unlikely event that we should have to cancel this event. We will not provide any further compensation however, for any inconveniences caused and advise you to take out insurance should you require cover.

**Should you cancel your booking, Havana Events Limited will not provide you with a refund of any monies paid, including any deposits, and you are therefore advised to seek appropriate insurance cover, to avoid the potential loss of any monies paid. At our discretion, we may if you wish, try and sell your place on, but we will deduct from any sale a £50 admin fee plus £10 if you paid online.

**You should not join our events if you suffer from any medical conditions, likely to be adversely affected by Salsa dancing and you should seek appropriate medical advice if in doubt. Havana Events Limited can not be held liable for any injuries resulting from your participation in our events, caused by any medical conditions you suffer from.

**Changes may be made to the programme and lineup, at our discretion and/or in response to circumstances beyond our control.
