I bought the DVD because I am studying cuban folkoric music, and I had heard something about the dance style but not much. Well its pretty explicit, but once you get past that it looks a lot of fun!

Thank goodness for the english voice over, the video quality isn't great but ok, the special features are excellent.

I'm away now to practice my 'vacination' techniques ...
