Shipping Information

General

We ship worldwide. Most credit and debit card orders are shipped next day. However, you should allow up to ten working days for delivery within the UK and twenty working days Europe and rest of the world. Post, or faxed orders are shipped once payment is received and cleared.
Please note, if your address does not accept small packages, or you are not home, you shall receive notification from your local Post Office to pick up goods from their depot. The goods will be returned to us after one week if you have not collected them, and you may have to pay additional postal charges for resending your goods.

SalsaFever offer full insurance for damage or loss on all services EXCEPT International Surface mail.

UK Customers

• Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded signed For - Next working day delivery (after posting) for most First Class Recorded items
• Royal Mail Standard Parcels - Three to five working days (after posting)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service 9am or 1pm - Place your order with SalsaFever by 10am and Royal Mail guarantee to deliver your urgent item the next working day before 9am or 1.00pm respectively – or your postage costs refunded by Royal Mail. Please note this service is not guaranteed for Saturday deliveries.

Overseas Customers

• Royal Mail International Signed for - European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five
• Royal Mail Surface (By Sea) - European destinations up to two weeks, worldwide up to eight weeks. PLEASE NOTE this postage option is not insured for loss or damage and is incredibly slow. SalsaFever intend this service only for customers placing very large orders living in distant worldwide desinations such as Australia.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
